ABOUT
​MISSION AND HISTORY
A 501(c)(3) Public Charity whose mission is to promote and enhance the relationship between the community and the Mobile Police Department. The association will accomplish this through continued law enforcement education of its members, supporting and promoting the Mobile Citizens Police Academy, supporting and promoting special projects that strengthen the services provided by the Mobile Police Department, and assisting the Mobile Police Department in specific projects when requested.

Founded in 2016, The Mobile Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (MCPAAA) was formed for graduates of the Mobile Citizens Police Academy.
​
The Alumni Association is the next step beyond graduation from the informative ten-week class held at the Mobile Police Training Academy.
​
During this class, citizens are given an in-depth look into the duties and challenges faced daily by the men and women of law enforcement, who serve and protect our great city.
​
This is a fabulous, proactive opportunity for concerned and engaged citizens to remain involved by promoting good will and enhancing the relationship between the community and the Mobile Police Dept
